Not one to take licks lightly, our drinks menu is made up of biodynamic wines chosen according to the luna cycle, sake - both hot and cold, a selection of Japanese whiskies, and an elevated cocktail list which pays homage to the longstanding craft of Japanese cocktail making.

Weekends & Public Holidays
We are open almost every day of the year with the main closure being Christmas day! Please note, a weekend surcharge of 10% applies on Saturdays and Sundays, and 15% on public holidays. All credit cards incur a 1.5% surcharge.
Walk-In Dining
We keep some seats available for walk-ins. However, we do recommend booking ahead in peak times to avoid disappointment.
Group Bookings
For all bookings you will be required to provide Credit Card Pre-Authorisation. Note, this is a hold on your credit card and you will only be charged if you do not show up. For tables 8+ you will be required to dine from our set menu $89pp.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes! We love dogs of all shapes and sizes. When booking, please ensure to select the ‘deck’ area and leave a note that you’ll be bringing your four legged friend. We also ask that they remain on the leash for the entirety of your meal.
Accessibility
Moonlight Hibachi Grill and Wine Bar is both wheelchair and disability friendly. However, as not every table is wheelchair accessible, we do ask that you provide advanced notice when making your reservation so we can ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.
You’ll find the wheelchair-accessible entrance via Bay Lane (which is also the main entrance). There is also a wheelchair accessible bathroom available. For further information please reach out to our friendly team via hello@moonlightbar.com.au.

We are happy to accommodate dietary requirements and food allergies where possible. Note, we operate out of a very small kitchen, and while we try our best to minimise cross contamination we cannot guarantee a zero risk of exposure to allergens.
