From their tap room nestled on the outskirts of Mullumbimby, Wandana Brewing Co is gearing up to host an unmissable Yakitori Party on Tuesday, May 21st. Moonlight Hibachi Grill & Wine Bar, along with the crew from Trouble San from Brunswick Heads, will be slinging snacks on sticks and moorish morsels.
As the sun sets and the Hibachi heats up, Moonlight will be grilling king oyster mushrooms, chicken wings, and fan favourite hokkaido scallops with café de nippon butter and zesty finger lime, as well pickled cucumber with fermented chili rayu and a Japanese-style potato salad.
Complementing the tasty dishes will be satisfying sips from Wandana Brewing Co's vibrant small-batch beers, known to be the only brewery in the world to ferment beer to music. For those wanting something other hops there will also be a selection of wines and cocktails to choose from.
With uninterrupted views across the Hinterland, Wandana Brewing co makes the perfect backdrop for friends, new and old, to sit back and soak up the sunshine, before hitting the dance floor, putting those boogie beers to the test.
Tickets are $15 which includes entry plus Wandana Brewing Co beer on arrival. Note, a mini-bus shuttle service for just $10 return will be run by Caper Festival’s Presenting Partner, North Byron Hotel.
